Toolkits

We have two toolkits available for download. These toolkits have been designed to provide organisations and those working with older people the tools and resources to raise awareness of malnutrition, start identifying those who may be at risk of malnutrition and provide advice and support to those who need it.

Our Raising the Issue of Malnutrition Toolkit is designed for anyone who works with or cares for an older person while our Carers Screening Pack has been specially designed for home care staff and was endorsed by the Care Inspectorate.
