Tackling Malnutrition in Older people Living at Home in Scotland

How Can We Help?

The Eat Well Age Well project focuses on preventing, detecting and treating malnutrition and dehydration in older adults living at home in Scotland.

We can all play our part in tackling malnutrition.

You may have an older relative or care for someone and are worried about them; you might want to encourage them to eat more or drink more fluids.

We would like to hear from the wide range of professionals too, such as GPs, social workers, dietitians and academics, who want to be part of the effort to address malnutrition and dehydration in older adults.

If you would like information, support or advice, please either contact us directly or click on the button below and a member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
