Eat Well Age Well officially launched in May 2018 and in the space of one year we have made exciting and significant progress in our campaign to tackle malnutrition in older adults living at home in Scotland.
Just some of our highlights have been launching our training schedule for public and professionals, developing new resources and issuing our first round of grants to 23 projects across Scotland via our Small Ideas, Big Impact fund.
